omg bitching about peoples drawing of perspective an anatomy is so annoying like its really hard to get perspective and anatomy perfectly correct every single time you draw something jesus christ it doesnt make you a bad person if you get it wrong
(however when like official artists like say people who draw famous comic books or whatever disregard anatomy for the sake of making female characters “sexier” for example like when they draw the spine just going allllllll the way round so you can see the ass and the titties, that is kinda annoying
but really like saying theyre a horrible artist or having an actual go at them when its someone who draws on the internet as a hobby pretty much is just

The sad truth is, that people are judging you. Everyone Most people judges you. You are always going to be judge in life, if you like it or not.

It’s human nature to judge. People do it for various reasons, but mostly because people judge them. It’s a vicious circle. Person A is judging person B, because Person X is judging person A.
They need to pick on you about something in order to feel better about themselves. It’s the old “school yard bully” effect. Person A knows they are not perfect and had their ego damaged by person X, so they do the same to person B who is less artistically skilled than them in order to make themselves feel better.
There are some truly generous and kind artists out there who are not picking on you though, but instead they are trying to help you.
Sometimes it can be very difficult to tell the difference between someone who is just trying to bully/make fun of you, and someone who wants to help you….but these people do exist.
It’s the difference between negative and positive judging.
The negative person will judge you to make themselves feel better by making fun of your imperfections, while the positive person will judge you to make themselves feel better by helping you…which then should make you feel better for being helped and enlightened.
That then goes back to the old, “helping others can help yourself” rule.
Unfortunately people are more interested in negatively and drama (take your 5 O’clock news for example).
There are also fads in art, and right now perfect anatomy is a fad, if people want to admit it or not. A few years ago it was anime art as a fad. Yes, there was a time when people go praised for drawing perfect anime art (which is imperfect anatomy).
I just hope you can do your best to weed past the negative judges, and find some sort of zen balance between the positive judges and doing the art you want to do.
